we are planning our vacation and wanted to find out about the rhino helmet laws in Arizona, Nevada and Utah. We were at the Sand Show in OC and saw the new Simpson helmet that is not DOT or SNELL approved. The new helmet weighs about 2 pounds and has tons of ventilation. We all have helmets but don't typically wear them while riding the rhino ~ we don't do extreme stuff with our young son. We wanted to see if any of those states require helmets while rhino riding... and if helmets are required must they be DOT or SNELL approved? thanks for your comments

We did the Parker Rally back in March. Pretty sure kids under 18 have to wear helmets. I had my 10 year old wear one. Myself I dont wear one in the Rhino
