sport shock springs
just wanted to say thank you to steve from makin trax... dropped him a e-mail about springs for the rhino... he let me know i could try a set and if i liked them i could buy them.....what a guy!!!!!

rhinodad is on a distinguished road
got he two front ones on what a differance but i need something to keep them in center of the shock or they rub on the piggy back part of the shock..havent done the rear yet... had to make a spring compressor to get old ones off and put the new ones on..pita but it worked...

Humm, don’t sound right that you need a spring compressor? all so Are the springs a bigger diameter? why do they rub?

Steve told me the smaller end needs to go on top but they wouldn't go over the body .. so i turned them around but they rub on the shock reservoir i have the fronts on....need to re check the dimensions and get back to Steve....

yes you need a spring compressor... the stock spring is 13.5 inches long not compressed......

sorry guys the springs will have to wait a couple days... my brother rolled into town...he is having problems with his tractor.. if i dont get it fixed he told me he is moving in with us... dont think my neighbors are going to like his tractor and 53ft trailer sitting in my yard...family is great but sometimes is great to wave good by.....

well woke up this morning my yard is starting to look like a reliable tranport yard... i now have two trucks w 53 ft trailers sitting in my yard... and one more on the way he needs generator repairs....... cant wait till the sema show breaks on friday.... these guys will be on their way back to the east coast....
