After test upon test all it is, is the lag time for the sheave to open. I watched it a 100 times over the last few days

interesting so the lag was in the sheave shift??? i don't have a lag in mine but you do feel a bump at 47 mph but i have the gold spring and 18 gram grease less weights..... don't chastise me for going grease less i have been running them for over 800 miles and no problems.....

Run what you are comfortable with. My lag is from a dead stop and you punch it. It is like the blink of an eye. It is just how long the sheave takes to open

Which part JR? The only way to fix it is to put in heavy ass weights and then you compromise your hill climbing power. So I left the 18's

The slight lag on the bott....when I took it out that time it didn't seem to bad but was noticable. Is it worst since ur mods ?

Have you noticed any difference with the engine braking going down hill or the motor bogging from it shifting too fast trying to climb a good hill?
