700's don't use a cdi box like the 660's

an aftermarket sheave would be my first choice, and should add about 10mph
then you can go with an ignition module like MSD which will buy you a couple more mph.

I saw 57 on the asphalt in silverwood with these plus intake and proper tuning

when I had just the sheave and MSD with stock airbox and No Toil / Twin air filter I was able to hit 56-57 mph on soggy dry lake bed.

I haven't been able to test top speed since the muzzy and tune, but I drilled a couple of holes in the stock airbox to allow a little better flow before getting it tuned - I know it will flow as well as any aftermarket airbox I've seen - save your money on that one, and just get a good filter.
