Rhino Light Bar

I have a 2007 Rhino with a factory roof and I want to put a light bar on it. I have four HID 4 inch lights. I want to build one myself because I could buy a light bar but that would be to easy. I have the tools to build one, I just need a way to attach the bar to the stock cage. I prefer to not weld just incase I don't want it down the road. Please let me know your ideas or if you have any pictures of how your light bar is attached. Please recommend what size of tubing to use.

Thanks for your help

I understahd, what I meant was The mounts that he used.. you do not need to weld them on.

el cheapo light bar mount :

Basically a flat bar that hooks to the front crossbar mount and goes straight through the roof - hack job, but works. Total cost - REALLY cheap.

Thanks for the pictures. One question, just tightening the end bolts keeps the light bar from roating down? Do you have any mounts to keep the bar up?

yep. Just the side bolts hold it in place - I was concerned and was going to add a stabilizer bar, but it wasn't necessary. I had the bar on for over a year now, and have never had any issues.

How about a short bracket and run it from the 1st bolt on either side of the roll cage where it meets the top....you would need a T-50 socket to get it out but I think you could use this and not affect your roof or windshield (if you use one).....Paul
