Who’s interested in Riding Johnson Valley 10-25-09?

Thinking of a ride in JV on the 25th, who's in?

Rasor road is a ton of fun - we should plan a trip out there another time.
We'll be heading out there sometime this season, I'll post up when we go

Ran sacked the camper, truck, luggage and slashed one tire so he could not fallow after them. All they got was $38, cell phones and tools maybe valued at $120. When he filed and report with the local authorities the officer said this type of crime is on the rise as there as there is no law enforcement around and said he was lucky as some where not. He was staged off the 247 and Boone Rd. so if you are out there be careful and watch out. I have never been there and was thinking of taking the wife there but might think twice now.

I've never really worried about that kinda stuff at any place I've camped - it could happen anywhere - but I do sleep with protection.
I also feel there is safety in numbers - I don't like to camp alone.

the picked the lock on the camper has me wondering on that story....

even if they were really really good, by the time they got the door open on my hauler, they'd be looking down the business end of my protection.

I think the crossbow thing sounds a little fishy, dont you think the dog would have yelped.
